Since January 2009 the Rouen agglomeration is supplied by the Moulineaux ultrafiltration – GAC filtration plant, which has a capacity of 1'500 m3/h.
The treatment plant is currently in an optimisation phase and will be inaugurated on the 16th of February 2009.
